HOLBROOK JACK beloved father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather passed away peacefully on 31st October 2019 aged 94 years. He will be greatly missed by family, friends and all who knew him. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, 25th November 2019 at South Bristol Crematorium at 2.15pm, All Welcome. Family Flowers only.
