HOOK CARMEL TERESA of Clevedon, formerly of Easton-in-Gordano passed away very peacefully aged 89 years surrounded by her family on 12th March 2020. Carmel was the loving wife of John, a Mother, Grandma and Great Grandma. She will be treasured forever within our hearts. All our love, John, Mandy and Gary, Nick and Karen, Chris, Amy and Louis, Louise, Matt, Char and Isabelle, James, Oli and all her friends.
