CARTER PHIL, passed peacefully away on March 23rd 2021 in Hospital at the age of 68 after a short illness. A much loved Son, Husband, Father, Grandad and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him and is survived by his Mum Lilian, wife Julie, sons Adam and Sam and granddaughter Etta. Due to Covid 19 restrictions a private funeral will be held on Thursday 15th April.
