CHAPMAN PATRICIA D. (Pat) Passed peacefully away at Southmead Hospital on 27th April 2021. Will be sadly missed by her brother Richard, and sister-in-law Sue in Tenerife and all her many friends in Portishead. Funeral Service at Weston-super-Mare Crematorium on Thursday 20th May at 2.30pm.
