GALLAGHER PATRICIA (Pat). Sadly passed away on Saturday 12th June, 2021 aged 75 years. Deeply loved and greatly missed by her sons Stephen, Sean and James; daughter-in-laws Tasha & Tricia; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private family service to be held at Weston-super-Mare Crematorium on Monday 28th June, 2021 at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please.
