HIGGINS CLIFFORD passed away peacefully at Southmead Hospital on 1st September 2021. Sadly missed and always remembered by his brothers; John, Dave and Merv, their families and all who knew him. Funeral Service will be held at South Bristol Crematorium on Friday 24th September, 2021 at 1.30pm. Dress code preferably something colourful .
