KOSZTYLA JAN passed away peacefully on 19th October, 2021 aged 72 years. Dearly loved and sadly missed by Dora, Vicky, Jay and Clare, Ryan and Aaron. Funeral service South Bristol Crematorium, Thursday 4th November at 3.45pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to St Peter’s Hospice c/o Keith C. Britton & Son Funeral Directors, 10 High Street, Yatton BS49 4JA.
