FITZPATRICK TERESA (Tess) of Portishead, passed away peacefully at Elm View Care Home, Clevedon on Wednesday 20th October 2021 aged 92 years. Funeral Service at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Portishead on Friday 26th November at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please.
