O'SULLIVAN - MATTHEW Capt. (Rtd) R.E.M.E On 10th November 2021 at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, aged 90 years, of Matlock, formerly of Clevedon. Beloved husband of the late Teresa, loving dad of Anna, Kevin, Marie and Celina. A devoted grandad, great grandad and a great family man. Funeral Service to be held at Darley Dale Methodist Church on Friday 3rd December at 11.30am prior to interment in Darley Dale Cemetery.
